ArcBlock releases a new Decentralized Identity wallet
Blockchain application platform, ArcBlock, has announced and released a new DID compatible wallet, which allows a user to store their digital information in a decentralized manner.
According to the official blog of ArcBlock, the new DID Wallet is aimed at giving users control of their digital data.
“ABT Wallet is a small step forward for ArcBlock to achieve their mission of creating and running the decentralized web, and ABT Wallet represents a significant step forward by giving users the ability to easily manage their digital selves.”, reads the blog.
ArcBlock has made the new wallet compatible with the official blockchain SDK by ArcBlock, the Forge SDK, which allows ArcBlock developers to easily provide decentralized identity on their blockchains and DApps.
Robert Mao, the CEO of ArcBlock said,
“We view the decentralized wallet as the most critical interface for users and customers to use and interact with the decentralized internet. We are now empowering users with something that gives them the ability to make decisions on what happens with their data,”
ArcBlock’s ABT wallet has been released to the public. It is available for download for both iOS and Android.
