Binance is making it easier than ever for people outside the United States to buy and sell American stocks. The exchange now supports trading in more than 7,000 US stocks and ETFs. This move fits into its bigger goal of becoming a complete financial platform that handles both crypto and traditional assets in one place.
Non-US customers can now trade stocks without paying any commission. They can start small too, buying fractional shares for as little as five dollars. Payments work with stablecoins like , or even Binance’s own BNB token. This removes many of the usual barriers that make stock investing hard for people in other countries.
Behind the scenes, a broker called Nest Trading handles the actual stock purchases. Another firm named Alpaca takes care of keeping the shares safe and managing things like dividends. Users get real stock ownership, but everything runs smoothly through the Binance app using crypto funds.
Soon Binance will let users turn their stocks into digital tokens called bStocks on the BNB blockchain. What makes this different is that customers can start the tokenization process themselves. Once tokenized, these assets can move fast on the blockchain and even work inside DeFi apps for lending or providing liquidity.
Normal stock trades take one or two days to settle. Tokenized versions settle almost right away. This speed opens up new uses, like using stock tokens in 24/7 trading or combining them with smart contracts. Both big stock exchanges like NYSE and Nasdaq are already exploring similar ideas, showing that this trend is growing fast.
Binance already offered ways to trade gold, oil products, and even pre-IPO shares through derivatives. Adding real US stocks and tokenized versions pushes the platform closer to its super app vision. Other companies are doing similar things, but Binance’s self-service tokenization and crypto payment options give it a unique edge for users worldwide.
People in many countries now have a low-cost way to own pieces of top US companies. They can hold the stocks normally or switch them to blockchain tokens when they want more flexibility. This mix of traditional markets and crypto tools shows how finance is changing to become faster and more open to everyone.
