S.L.Benfica Football Club partners with UTRUST to accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH)

S.L. Benfica becomes the first European Football club to accept Crypto
The partnership of UTRUST with Benfica announced on the 5th of May is the first time ever in the history of European football that a club is accepting Cryptocurrency as a payment mode. Almost 14 million supporters are there who are supporting Benfica, and 7 million are already present in the social media platform. Benfica this year also won the title of Portuguese premier league, and this was their 37th time which is a record.
UTRUST is known to be one of the famous payment providers of cryptocurrency and this time it is engaging themselves in a partnership with the Portuguese premier league club Benfica. The partnership will allow the supporters of the club to purchase tickets of their match along with the merchandise from the official website of Benfica where cryptocurrency will be another mode of payment.
This mode of crypto payment will be evolving the e-commerce strategy along with the expansion of the global audience. The collaboration of UTRUST with Benfica will, therefore, help in accessing a wider customer base.

The crypto payment method will also play a major role in reducing the chargebacks of the card as well as the fraudulent.
User will be able to pay by using Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) and will also be able to use UTK, which is UTRUST ‘s native token. The process of accepting crypto payments have already started on the online store
