Litecoin (LTC) to be the Official Cryptocurrency for Glory Kickboxing League
Litecoin Foundation has partnered with international premier kickboxing league Glory to make LTC its official Cryptocurrency.
According to the partnership announcement, Litecoin will be accepted as a payment method on Glory’s online merchandise shop Gloryshop.com. Glory fans across Europe and the US will also be able to purchase exclusive offers such as athlete meet-and-greets, backstage arena tours, limited-edition merchandise, and premium in-arena seating on Gloryshop.com only with Litecoin.
Glory Kickboxing was founded in 2012 and has amassed over 500k viewers per match. The league has featured famous kickboxing champions like Joseph Valtellini, Andy Ristie, Rico Verhoeven, Remy Bonjasky among others. As per the press release, Litecoin will “receive global exposure across GLORY events, broadcast, and social media.”
Charlie Lee, Creator of Litecoin said:

The Litecoin foundation aims to penetrate close-knit communities like Glory to raise awareness and increase adoption of the Cryptocurrency. Charlie Lee promised that he will be focusing on mass adoption of Litecoin in 2019, it seems like he is living up to the expectation.
At the end of last year, the Litecoin Foundation announced its partnership with the UFC and was featured as the official sponsor at UFC 232. Martial artists like Ben Askren have also promoted Litecoin on multiple occasions. Litecoin was also featured at the mammoth festival which featured stars like Olivia Munn, Dax Shepard, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Logan Paul, King Bach, and others.
