Bitcoin Gets A Shoutout In Eminem’s New Album Kamikaze

Eminem just dropped his latest album named “Kamikaze” out of the blue which has 13 tracks in total. The 9th track named “Not Alike” featuring Royce Da 5’9″ has a line giving a shoutout to Bitcoin. Royce Da says in the track:

“Remember everybody used to bite Nickel, now everybody doing bitcoin.”

Eminem’s new album name drops and disses a lot of famous people like Donald Trump and Lil’ Pump, it is interesting to see Bitcoin becoming a part and parcel of the mainstream culture.

We have seen multiple instances where celebrities have talked and endorsed Cryptocurrencies like Katy Perry showing her Crypto themed nail polish or Dennis Rodman endorsing Potcoin with a hat in all his public appearances.

There were other instances also recently like when Ashton Kutcher made an appearance on the Ellen show and donated $6 Million on behalf of Ripple to Ellen’s charity.

The Kardashian family which arguably is the most famous family in the world has talked about Bitcoin, Kanye in an interview said that he wants to use Bitcoin and his wife Kim received her first physical Bitcoin in a charity Poker event.

Crypto has also made it into TV shows like HBO’s Silicon Valley where a startup even does an ICO (which ironically fails) and in the famous cartoon comedy “Family Guy” where Peter Griffin suggests using Bitcoin for his family going through financial trouble.

One of the reasons for last years crazy Bull run was that many newbies jumped onto buy various Cryptocurrencies without much knowledge which led to an insane surge in prices which is going through a correction now. This was clearly reflected in the Google search volumes of Bitcoin (which even surpassed Donald Trump’s popularity at a point).

Now with the mentioning of Bitcoin in Eminem’s track, it certainly could increase the awareness and popularity of Bitcoin among Americans as he is one of the most popular rappers of current times.
