Elon Musk, Kobe Bryant didn’t accept Lightning Torch, Justin Sun passes it to Shape Shifts founder

Founder of Binance ,CZ, tried passing the Lightning torch to Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk, but Elon Musk did not accept the Torch.

Lightning Torch is a social media phenomenon started by Twitter user @hodlonaut. The torch is some amount of  Satoshis [SATS, the smallest amount of Bitcoin] that is transferred to another person via Lightning network. Once received the person ads 10K SATS and passes it to another person he/she trusts. The event was started to raise awareness about Lightning network.

So far the Torch has been held by many notable persons including Changpeng Zhao (CZ, founder of Binance), Jack Dorsey (Founder of Twitter), Charlie Lee (Creator of Litecoin), Elizabeth Stark (Founder Lightning labs), and Justin Sun (Founder Tron).

The last receiver of the Lightning Torch was the Founder of Tron, Justin Sun, who tried passing the torch to Kobe Bryant.

The lightning torch was passed to Elon Musk by CZ, but since Elon Musk did not accept the Tron, CZ gave it to Viktor Radchenko founder of Trust Wallet, who then gave it to Justin Sun, who then gaave it to Erok Voorhees. The torch is being held currently by Erik Voorhees.

While passing the Torch to Erik Voorhees, Justin Sun also took a jab on Vitalik Buterin and Ethereum by asking “whether Vitalik Buterin’s answer stuck in Ethereum’s pending TX Queues?”. Vitalik Buterin has publicly stated that Bitcoin Cash is better than Bitcoin due to the speed of transactions.
