People who purchased Litecoin during the November 2018 Bitcoin crash can reap the benefits now. Litecoin[LTC] has given 4x times more returns than Bitcoin since November 2018 low. The data was first noticed by Joe McCann, the head trader, and an analyst at Passport.capital
Joe McCann found that during November 2018, Bitcoin recovered by 25.18% from the session low while Litecoin, on the other hand, recovered a whopping 118%. Litecoin’s ratio of returns, when compared to Bitcoin, is more than 4:1.
Litecoin isn’t the only cryptocurrency that has given more returns than Bitcoin. Ethereum itself has given close to 100% gain from the November 2018 sell-off. Both Tron and BNB have given 81% and 62% gains respectively. Even Bitcoin SV (BSV) is up by 30% compared to November 2018 sell-off.
Although many traders believed the altcoin gains are short-lived. The public perception around Bitcoin is changing and lots of money has started to flow inside markets. Plus Bitcoin has a strong presence among institutional investors than any other altcoin.
