Scam Alert: Skychain is a scam token

If you have been following crypto-currencies news lately, chances are you would have come across advertisements by SkyChain. They claim they are the “Blockchain for the Artifical Intelligence in Healthcare.” What does it even mean?

Now I don’t want to just point fingers and speak in the air. I am going to give actual hard checked facts which I think should be red flags for any investor.

1) No official company’s email

Skychain does not have an official company email. On the website there is only one email: skychain.global@gmail.com, from which no one responds.

2) Website talks about huge returns on investment

Skychain’s website has a return section where they claim their token will be worth $6 in 2019 and $23 by 2023. This data also isn’t backed by any proper economic model.

3) Lot’s of popular Buzzword without any explanation of how the token works.

The entire website is filled by industry buzzwords such as Artifical intelligence, Blockchain, Healthcare, revolutionary products etc yet none of the paragraphs make any sense as to why it will work.

4) The website claims to be in partnership with fortune 500 companies

Yet no media mention about the partnership with any one of the claimed companies.

5) Every Twitter post has unrealistic likes.

Every Twitter post by Skychain has an unrealistic number of likes and retweets, and most of the likers and retweeters are new accounts with some being less opened in less than 2 hours.

Always remember ICOBench is not at all trustworthy and it is very easy to manipulate the rating. A person needs a simple Python script and TOR browser to spoof the rating of ICOBench.

As you can see by the various red flags the company has raised, its most probably a scam. And that too major one as their ads is being visible everywhere. They are using CoinTraffic to promote their ICO. Be careful everyone stay safe.
