XRP and Tron (TRX) are the Two most Popular Picks for Bakkt Listing

The owner of the largest exchange in the world ICE (Intercontinental Exchange) announced a few months back that they will be launching Bakkt, a full custody and trading solution for Cryptocurrencies starting with Bitcoin.

The reason why Bakkt stood out is that it is a fully regulated platform backed by the same folks who are behind the New York Stock Exchange. They already possess a huge user base and are trusted by the investor community.

Will Bakkt be listing other Tokens as well?

The answer is yes!

CEO of Bakkt Kelly Loeffler explains In an article that the reason why they are opting for Bitcoin first is that it is the most liquid Cryptocurrency and is already gotten clearance from the CFTC to enable trading.

She also mentions:

“We’ll consider additional contracts as the landscape evolves and as we receive additional customer feedback about what they want and need.”

Customer feedback is a very important factor for Bakkt to consider which tokens to consider listing down the way. XRP and TRX have certainly caught their attention on Social Media.

XRP and TRX Popular among the audience

XRP and Tron have made the most noise and have stood out among other Cryptocurrencies. Every tweet from Bakkt was flooded with XRP and Tron fans, the one that stood out the most was the tweet from an anonymous account XRPTrump where over 8000 people voted participated in the poll.

CEO of Tron Justin Sun also appealed to Bakkt saying that Tron (TRX) is their best choice.

Before getting all excited about Bakkt it is important to understand that this will take time. There is no guarantee whether that the company will list the token just by considering the communities voice. Nevertheless, there is no doubt that by now the voices from XRP and Tron community is heard by Bakkt.
