Payment Solution Platform HUPAYX Nets Adoption worth Hundreds of Thousands of Online Shoppers in South Korea
The ultimate goal of every cryptocurrency project is the adoption of the idea they put forward, and considering that most of these projects compete for the attention span of a global audience, striking adoption at the heart – where it matters the most – is never a walk in the park. But one cryptocurrency payment platform HUPAYX seems to have netted an adoption jackpot as it has done an incredible job of reaching out to an emerging market with millions of users through strategic partnerships.
HUPAYX is making crypto spendable for online shoppers through an easy to use mobile app and POS terminal. Through strategic partnerships, Human Plus, the team behind HUPAYX devised a means of reaching out to a growing digital payment market.
Announcing a recent partnership with KIS Information Communications – a behemoth in the VAN and merchant terminal industry with a consumer group numbering millions, affords it the capability of reaching over 420,000 stores in Seoul, South Korea. The pilot launch is scheduled for Q3/Q4 of this year.
The HUPAYX team are also exploring opportunities in the local government blockchain projects, by leveraging its partnership with LG U+ to consider the expansion of merchant adoption of cryptocurrency-based payment services through the use of its POS terminals by merchants in the domestic market of several local governments.
In its own way, the HUPAYX team is creating a new narrative for crypto-payment services across a select group of businesses, thereby forming its own micro-finance niche covering Duty-free shops, tourist shopping districts, as well as integrating their one-stop service via an app with the HUPAY Wallet.
The team seems confident in their adoption strategy as can be observed from their statement:
