Tron (TRX) surged by almost 9% after Tron’s founder, Justin Sun, announced on Twitter about a mysterious partner worth tens of billions. The cryptocurrency community has been on a guesswork since then on the potential mysterious partner. Some speculate it’s Ripple (XRP), while other’s speculate it’s Disney. But the guys at Coinness.com claim it’s Baidu.

According to Coinness.com, the flash news website on cryptocurrency market, an inside source from Tron told them. The news is expected to officially be announced in the coming week. And instead of Tron Baidu Cloud will be announcing the news.

Baidu is the biggest search engine in China and the second largest search engine in the world after Google. The company is currently worth $100 Billion +. According to reports, Baidu has more revenue than eBay and Netflix combined. They serve 770 million people daily, 99% of their daily traffic from Mainland China.
Tron has been active in their marketing efforts. Although Tron is currently at 11th position, their marketing is suited more for the top 5 position.
